Rubber Base

A clear rubber base gel is a flexible base coat that bends together with the nail. Clear Rubber Base is designed to give extra strength to flaky, brittle, thin, or splitting nails. Our professional Rubber Base is perfect for clients who have weak nails that want to start strengthening their natural nails.

Our full-size bottle is 20ml and can achieve 25 to 65 sets, and our 7ml mini can achieve up to 40 sets.

Is rubber base good for nails?

A rubber base gel might not be the best for all nails because it is designed to be a flexible base; it works great on dry, brittle, thin, or splitting natural nails. If your client has strong nails, there may be no need for a rubber base coat.

Is rubber base the same as builder gel?

While they are both base coats, they serve two different purposes. A builder gel, or Builder in a Bottle (BIAB™), would be a better base coat for strong nails. Our TGB BIAB line is nonchipping and nonlifting, which helps strengthen natural nails, but for a client who has severely weakened nails, the clear rubber base gel is the better option. Ideally, the rubber base can help them strengthen their nails to a point where they can graduate to wearing builder gels.
